After a challenging lockdown, the Caruso company brought their employees together for a much needed 3-day retreat at the Ritz Carlton in the desert. I was lucky enough to be tasked with creating this entertaining and professional event where I helped tailor the itinerary, design the signage & swag, direct the videos and creative direct the whole experience. It was a lot of work in a short amount of time, but it was so fulfilling to see the team laugh, learn and bond.
